Grassroots Cup is an international youth football tournament welcoming participants from Georgia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and beyond. Our aim is to unite children and communities through football. We promote fair play, enjoyment, and the opportunity for young footballers to shine. Each event is crafted to be a memorable experience for everyone involved — players, families, and fans alike.
We launched in 2023, holding our first event in Tbilisi that December. Since then, we have continued organising this and other competitions, bringing together local and international youth squads.
The tournament begins with a group stage, after which the top teams progress to the knockout rounds. Final standings are determined through the play-offs.
Awards are presented to the best-performing squads and standout individuals. Each age group features prizes for Most Valuable Player (MVP), Best Goalkeeper, Strongest Defender, Brightest Midfielder, and Most Powerful Forward.
