Join us at the Zares Cup Elite International, a world-class youth soccer event hosted in the Portuguese cities of São João da Madeira and Aveiro. Lock in your spot today and experience a rare opportunity to compete against top-tier academies from all across Europe. Showcase your talent in front of professional scouts and representatives from global powerhouses such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, SL Benfica, Sporting CP, and other elite soccer institutions.
The Zares Cup first kicked off in 2025, with the goal of encouraging young athletes to push their boundaries, sharpen their skills, and grow in a highly competitive, international environment full of energy and passion.
The tournament opens with a group phase, featuring single round-robin matchups. The two highest-ranking squads from each group, plus the best third-placed side, will qualify for the Elite Costs bracket. The remaining participants will continue their journey in the Galaxy Sub-Elite bracket. Both brackets follow a knockout format.
Individual excellence will be rewarded with special honors: Best Outfield Player, Top Scorer of the Tournament, and Best Goalkeeper. Trophies will go to the squads finishing in third place, second place, and first place. Every player will receive a participation medal and a certificate. Additional awards include a Fair Play prize for the most disciplined squad, and a special gift for the most passionate supporter.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 20 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 50% are transferred no later than - 95 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 35 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 180 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 60 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
